Delivery & Collection

Your order may be ready sooner should you decide to collect. 

Our address is 343 Angus Crescent, Northlands Business Park, Hoogland, Northriding. If you have already opted and paid for delivery and you are not happy with the scheduled delivery date you are more than welcome to change to collection and schedule a collection date, however, please note that your delivery fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

We deliver within 100km of our dispatch facility.

We only deliver to Cape Town once a week. Deliveries can take up to 7-10 working days. Orders must be in BEFORE 9am on Friday for delivery on Monday.

Please note:
 we highly recommend placing your order by Wednesday to secure delivery for the following weeks delivery (Monday/Tuesday). If the delivery schedule is full, your order will be moved to the next available Cape Town delivery date.

We will accommodate your change however you will be charged R3.00 per kilometer from our dispatch facility to your shipping address. (Only cash upon delivery will be accepted).

We deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9AM and 4PM.
(We do not deliver on public holidays, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day thereafter.)

Yes, you can request a specific delivery date. When you place an order you can specify the required delivery date in the NOTES section and (if possible), we will schedule your delivery as requested with pleasure.

Product Information

For best results, allow the product to thaw fully before heating.
Remove the sleeve and film or pierce the film before heating.
• Microwave: If Defrosted: 7 – 10 minutes. If Frozen: 10 – 12 minutes.
• Oven: If Defrosted: 180﮲C for 16 – 30 minutes. If Frozen: 150﮲C for 20 – 25 minutes.
• Air fryer: If Defrosted: 180﮲C for 10 – 20 minutes. If Frozen: 150﮲C for 15 – 30 minutes.

We use a variety of different oils in a variety of different products to ensure the recipe for each product is strictly adhered to. Among this variety vegetable oil, coconut oil, and olive oil are used. The oils used cannot be changed as all products are prepped and produced in small batches.

Yes, each meal received is frozen for your convenience of having them on hand in your freezer. We pride ourselves in our cold chain process that keeps our meals frozen at -25 degrees celcius, all the time, right to your door.

A safe guideline is no longer than 5 months, but each meal has a best before date sticker on.

No, all our products are made according to our recipes and are made and frozen prior to your order.

Each meal size varies from 250g for kiddies to 1.2kg for our family dishes, depending on your choice of meal.

Refund Policy

In the unforeseeable event that you might need to cancel and return your order, we will do our absolute best to make this process as seamless as possible. We require your cancellation in writing, within 3 days from the date of delivery. If the fault is not deemed to be ours, you will be liable for a R200.00 admin and handling fee plus 3.5% of the package total (before discount if applicable) which we will deduct from the refund. We will arrange a collection for a time that is convenient for you. There will be a R100.00 collection fee, that will also be deducted from the final refund amount.

Shopping Online & Placing an Order

Yes when selecting various meals off our build a package option, the minimum order amount is R500 to create your own package.

  1. Create an account with us.
  2. Place your order from our online shop.
  3. Go to the shopping cart and checkout.
  4. Add your billing and shipping address.
  5. Complete the payment process.
  6. Wait for your delivery

If you are struggling with the process, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help you create your profile and walk you through the process, step by step.

  1. Follow the easy prompts and select the package that is right 4U.
  2. When you have found the package, add it to your cart.
  3. View your cart in the top right hand corner.
  4. Proceed to check out.
  5. Once the order has be placed and payment is successful, allow for a 3-5 working days delivery period.

We will be in touch with you as soon as we receive your order to confirm, you will then be sent updates via email to indicate whether your package is going into the kitchen to be processed and then an email to indicate that your package is on route so you are aware when to expect your delivery. Confirmation emails will be sent out throughout the process to keep you updated.

Promotions

There is no first time coupon code however you will earn Chefs’ Cash for signing up with us and earn Chefs’ Cash after placing any orders with us.

Before checking out and making payment, there is an option to add a coupon code. Please ensure you add the code and apply the code before making payment else the code will not be applied.

Each coupon code is available for a specific time frame only. The first purchase code is only available for your first order with us. Other coupon codes can be available up to 2 months.

If we have any freebie promotions – with every order placed you will receive the free goodies. 
Please note the free goodies cannot be substituted, replaced or refunded and are subject to stock availability. 

Order Details

Once you have successfully placed your order with us, our in house logistics team will contact you with your delivery date. You will also be kept in the loop with an email when your order goes through our process to ensure you are kept updated.

 

Don’t forget to check your junk email / spam folders (some mail systems don’t like us keeping you up to date as possible)
