For best results, allow the product to thaw fully before heating.
Remove the sleeve and film or pierce the film before heating.
• Microwave:
If Defrosted: 7 – 10 minutes
If Frozen: 10 – 12 minutes
• Oven:
If Defrosted: 180﮲C for 16 – 30 minutes
If Frozen: 150﮲C for 20 – 25 minutes
• Air fryer:
If Defrosted: 180﮲C for 10 – 20 minutes
If Frozen: 150﮲C for 15 – 30 minutes.

Defrosting Instructions
Remove from freezer + – 1 day before needed. Allow product to thaw fully in the fridge. Keep refrigerated while defrosting.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen for up to 5 months in a freezer (-18 ﮲C) /until best before date.
Consume within 2 days of defrosting. Do not freeze once defrosted.
